Foziah joined PCS as a Legal Administrative Assistant in November 2021 and was promoted to Paralegal in July 2023 and started her Training Contract in September 2024. She has obtained a First-Class Law degree and Master of Laws with distinction from the University of Manchester. She aspires to become a qualified solicitor specialising in Private Client law.
Foziah assists the solicitors at PCS on a range of work including Personal Injury Trusts, probate work and estate planning requirements for a varied client base including business owners and more vulnerable clients.
She has experience drafting Shariah Wills and works closely alongside the solicitors to advise on generational and future wealth.
She particularly enjoys drafting more complex Wills and working on probate and estate administration.
