Omair is a Trainee Solicitor currently undertaking the required period of Qualifying Work Experience (QWE).

He joined Private Client Solicitors in January 2025, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience. Omair’s academic journey includes seven years of studying Islamic Theology, an LL.B (Hons), and the completion of the LPC with a Master’s degree. Beyond academia, Omair dedicated over a decade to the education sector, working for a charity in various roles, including teaching and leadership positions.

Omair has a deep and enduring interest in Charity Law, as well as Shariah-compliant and ethical estate planning. He is focused on developing the latter at PCS—currently a niche area within the legal industry—and is diligently working to gain expertise in advising clients who wish to fulfill their legal obligations under the laws of England and Wales without compromising their ethical values and principles.
