At Private Client Solicitors we are devoted to protecting your private wealth.

Consultant Solicitor – Private Wealth

Sarah advises high-net-worth individuals and families on private wealth and personal legal matters, enabling clients to protect, structure and transfer assets across generations.

Much of Sarah’s work arises at pivotal moments in clients’ lives. Changes in personal circumstances, including marriage, divorce, cohabitation, blended families, illness, incapacity or bereavement that require careful consideration of existing arrangements. She works closely with clients to ensure their estate planning remains aligned with evolving family dynamics, asset protection priorities and long-term wealth preservation objectives.

Her experiences include:

  • Estate planning and intergenerational wealth succession
  • Wills and tailored succession planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (Property & Financial Affairs and Health & Welfare)
  • Deputyship and Court of Protection matters
  • Family and discretionary trusts, personal injury trusts and trusts for vulnerable beneficiaries
  • Charitable and philanthropic structuring, including arrangements involving charities and educational institutions

Sarah works collaboratively with family lawyers, accountants, wealth managers and other professional advisers to deliver coordinated and well-considered outcomes.

She has a particular interest in Shariah-compliant succession planning and supporting families who wish to ensure their estate arrangements reflect both personal values and faith considerations within the framework of English law.

Clients value her calm approach and her ability to navigate complex personal situations with sensitivity and pragmatism. She believes effective private client work is grounded in long-term relationships, careful listening and an appreciation that wealth planning is ultimately about family, legacy and continuity.

Outside her professional life, Sarah is a mother and enjoys netball and time with her family. She is also a co-founder and trustee of an international humanitarian charity supporting some of the most vulnerable children impacted by conflict.
