Alvin joined the PCS team in April 2022 as the Practice Manager. He has over 18 years’ experience working in the civil and public services across roles in project management, operations, continuous improvement and quality development. Alvin manages the operations of the team and wants to challenge the status quo of the culture within law firms and how they operate. Alvin is interested in creating and maintaining a culture at PCS where all staff are supported, treated fairly, with respect and have everything they need to do their roles.
