Rozmin qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and spent over a decade working for a national Legal 500 law firm specialising in the areas of contentious litigation, professional regulatory proceedings, Mental Capacity Law and Court of Protection matters.

Rozmin has vast experience in representing vulnerable adults in Court of Protection health and welfare litigation, where she was instructed by the Official Solicitor and advocacy services.

Prior to joining PCS, Rozmin worked as an in-house solicitor for a Local Authority for a number of years, she has a particular specialism in Mental Capacity Law, complex health and welfare Court of Protection proceedings in the High Court , property and affairs matters, including advising on cases of financial abuse of vulnerable adults.

Rozmin also has experience in advising on Community Care and Public Law issues.
